Reporting a problem
Tell us what happened.
Include these details so we can investigate:
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead
- Your device model and iOS, iPadOS, or watchOS version
- Your Pixie version and whether you were streaming or playing a download
- Your connection type and Plex server version, if relevant
Leave out passwords, authentication tokens, and private server addresses.
