My library is missing
- Check that the correct Plex account is connected in Settings → Accounts.
- Make sure its server is enabled, then check Settings → Libraries.
- Confirm that the server is reachable and that the Plex account has access to the library. Refresh once the connection is working.
Search results are missing
- Check the selected library, including whether you are viewing Downloads.
- Try the title or artist as it appears in that library.
- Wait for indexing to finish, or refresh the library and search again.
A download is unavailable or stuck
- Check the download status for account or permission errors.
- Check the server connection, download network settings, and free storage.
- Choose Retry if available. If you cancel and restart, wait for the new download to finish before going offline.
Playback buffers, stops, or makes no sound
- Check the selected player and audio output. A remote player may be playing on another device.
- Try a completed download. If it plays, check your streaming connection.
- Check that your server is reachable and Wi-Fi or cellular access is allowed. Try lower streaming quality on a slow connection.
My book resumes at the wrong place
Set the library kind to Audiobooks in Pixie and enable Store Track Progress in Plex.
If Pixie offers two saved positions, compare them and choose one. Use a chapter, bookmark, or the timeline to move elsewhere in the book.
Contact support
- Include what you were doing, your device and app version, and whether you were streaming, playing a download, or using a remote player.
- If requested, open Settings → Debug and enable Log Capture, then reproduce the problem.
- Use the copy or support-email action to share the report. Turn Log Capture off afterward to clear the in-app log.
