What you need#

Pixie plays music and audiobooks from Plex. You need a Plex account with access to a server and a music library.

• The current iPhone and iPad build requires iOS or iPadOS 27 or later.
• Your server needs to be reachable for browsing online, streaming, and new downloads.
• Plex account permissions and server settings determine which libraries and download options you can use.

Connect Plex#

1. Open Pixie and follow the sign-in prompt. To add another account later, open Settings → Accounts.
2. Complete the Plex sign-in or linking instructions shown on screen.
3. Open the account to see its servers. Enable the servers you want to use.
4. Open Settings → Libraries and enable the libraries you want.

Choose a library#

1. Open Home and use the library menu at the top.
2. Select a music or audiobook library.
3. Open an album, playlist, or book and choose Play.

Download for offline playback#

1. Open an album, playlist, track, or book’s menu and choose the download option.
2. Open Downloads and wait for the item to finish.
3. Open the completed item from Downloads and check that it plays.
